Megan Zahler

My name is Megan Zahler and I am excited to be spending my fourth year at Lesslie Elementary School as a second-grade teacher. I graduated from College of Charleston in 2011 with my BA. of Science in Early Childhood Education and furthered my education at Coker College to receive my Master's in Education in Literacy Studies. I have taught in Chesterfield County for eight years as a first grade teacher and this will be my seventh year in Rock Hill School District. This is my fifteenth year as a teacher. I am married to my high school sweetheart and have two young boys and a baby girl. Logan is 7 years old and is excited to be in second grade at Lesslie Elementary this year. Kyler is 4 years old, attends Ebenezer Montessori until he can come to Lesslie, and loves to do everything big brother is doing! Aubrie is our precious 6 month old that we were blessed to have in our world on February 26, 2025. She's the happiest girl! In addition to our children, we have our 3 fur babies and a bird. We live in a small town in Chesterfield County near our family. Some activities that I enjoy include traveling, reading, singing in choir, attending concerts, and Atlanta Braves baseball games. I am looking forward to an amazing year with all of you!‪
