Kaitlyn Garcia

Hello! I am so full of excitement for another wonderful year in kindergarten—my absolute favorite grade to teach! Having previously taught first grade, I’ve found my true passion in the joyful, curious world of kindergarteners. I have been teaching since 2022. I got my bachelor’s degree from Lenoir Rhyne University and received my masters in curriculum and education from Liberty University!

At home, I share my life with my husband, Carlos, our sweet daughter, Emerson, and our furry crew of two dogs and two cats. When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me curled up with a good book, soaking up the sun at the beach, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, or cherishing quality time with my family.

I’m beyond excited for the adventures this school year will bring and can’t wait to create a fun, nurturing, and inspiring environment for my students!
