Kaleena Gibson

Mrs. Kaleena Gibson
Hello! My name is Kaleena Gibson. I am the academic interventionist at Lesslie. This will be the start of my 22nd year in education. I’ve taught second and third grades, and also have been an interventionist for 7 years.
I am originally from Manning, S.C., but currently reside in Rock Hill. I graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University, and I am currently a National Board Certified teacher.
I have been married to Orenthal J. Gibson (O.J.) for eighteen years. We have one son named Bryson. He is 13 years old. When I am not teaching, I love to attend concerts, visit different restaurants, and travel with family and friends. I am excited about building relationships within our school community. This is going to be a fantastic year!
Go Hornets!
