Mrs. Lauren Heaton

Hi! My name is Lauren Heaton, and I am so grateful to be part of the Lesslie Elementary family! I have worked in education for more than 20 years, serving as a preschool teacher, kindergarten assistant, computer lab teacher, and now instructional assistant. I love having the opportunity to work with students across different grade levels and help them build confidence while learning new skills. 

My husband, Cory, is a wildlife biologist with Clemson University—Go Tigers! We live on a small farm in Lowrys with our son and daughter. As a family, we love spending time outdoors, working in the yard, caring for our animals, and staying busy with our children’s sports and activities.
